This is founded on pillars of collaboration with engagement of talented people through a mentorship that is curated to encourage and expose emerging talents into the workforce development.

Collaborative ventures and productivity are the endgame goals for individuals with different abilities who are searching for an outlet for innovation while being mindful of their self and holistic wellness.

Our Social enterprise model is yet another inclusive service focusing on baking through establishment of Community Bake House. Through an onsite bakery and online store AWW Social Enterprise will be showcasing artisan and entrepreneurs. Incentive driven workshops and resources which can become an investment into a robust strategy in creating solutions for reduction of food costs while simultaneously increasing the workforce.

Currently a 10 year of well-established bakery has been taken and has engaged 5 women at the location of Belleville, Ontario providing them internships, work placement and on-site training. AWW Enterprise would like to expand its model to impact many small neighbourhoods and other communities. Through this model our social purpose impact would be an investment into providing employment opportunities along with supporting the food security mandate of those who are facing barriers

Abilities Worldwide aim to raise awareness, interest and opportunity for people with exceptional abilities. We have established a strong foundation by answering questions and clarifying misconceptions about accessibility, adaptive assistance and enterprise through training, consultation and opportunity.
